TeamoRouter processes prompts, completions, account data, and usage metadata only to provide routing, metering, billing, abuse prevention, reliability monitoring, and support. We do not sell usage data or use customer prompts and completions to train models.
Data We Process
We process account information, API keys, transaction records, request metadata, and the request content required to route model calls. Access is limited to operational needs.
Retention and Security
Operational logs are retained only as needed for billing, reliability, fraud prevention, compliance, and support. Enterprise accounts may receive additional data controls by agreement.
